1. About these terms

These Terms govern use of assistant.vgc.agency and the VGC Assistant text messaging program, operated by Vance Global Consulting LLC, an Arizona limited liability company. Our general website terms are available at vanceglobalconsulting.com/terms.

2. The service

VGC Assistant is Tim Vance's AI personal assistant. It places phone calls on Tim's behalf, such as making reservations, scheduling appointments, gathering information and handling customer service calls, and reports results to Tim by text message.

3. SMS messaging terms

Program name and description

The VGC Assistant SMS program, operated by Vance Global Consulting LLC from +1 480-393-4743, sends assistant task updates, reservation and appointment confirmations, call summaries (which may include a link to a call transcript) and conversational replies to messages you send. No marketing or promotional messages are sent through this program.

Opting in

You can opt in by submitting the form at assistant.vgc.agency with the SMS consent box checked, or by texting START to +1 480-393-4743. You will receive a confirmation message. You must be the account holder of, or authorized to enroll, the mobile number provided.

Frequency and charges

Message frequency varies based on the tasks assigned to the assistant. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Opt out and help

Reply STOP to opt out at any time; you will receive one final confirmation message and no further messages. Reply HELP for help. You may also contact us at tim@vancegc.com or 623-887-7710. You may opt back in at any time by texting START.

Delivery and eligibility

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to your carrier network and device. The program is intended for recipients who are at least 18 years old.

Privacy

Our collection and use of mobile information and SMS consent records are described in our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

4. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site or the messaging program, interfere with its security, or attempt unauthorized access.

5. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The site and service are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vance Global Consulting LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from use of the site or the messaging program.

6. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Proceedings must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms and will post the revised version here with a new "Last updated" date.
